Product Features

The garage door is a sectional door model that provides a high level of insulation, which is used to protect the car entrance and exit sections of the car parks of the residence.
The panels of decorative garage doors consist of insulated panels with finger-squeeze protection and can be lined and/or double-walled. Decorative windows can be applied to the panels optionally.
The decorative garage door can be easily opened manually with a 230 V AC or 24 V DC / 50 Hz electric motor and a double torsion spring (wind-up) system that balances the door’s weight. The door’s weight does not force the user or automation because of the springs.
Galvalume PU / PIR foam panel thickness is 40 mm, with external and internal wall thicknesses of 0.4mm + 0.4 mm, and a height of 500 mm.
Sizes up to 6 meters in width x 2.75 meters in height.
Doors are provided with spring break safety and cable break safety.
Springs are designed for a standard of 20,000 cycles.
Windows can be provided as an option.
The EPDM gaskets between the decorative garage doors, on the door, and on the sides and bottom rows prevent dust, air, and rainwater from entering. The hollow EPDM gasket located under the garage door ensures that the door fits smoothly on the ground.
In case of power outages, the door can be opened easily by switching the motor to manual mode. If there is no other entrance to the garage, the manual take-up lever must be kept outside with a key.
Optionally, automatic closing can be provided, and a safety photocell can be connected.
The frequency conversion function includes soft start and soft stop features. A pneumatic safety edge and reflector photocell are provided for additional safety to prevent the door from colliding with any object during closing.
